How we process an order?

Items on our website are shipped from our warehouses in Taiwan to your country via air freight.

Generally, we can ship your items within three business days. Items that take a longer time to ship are noted as pre-order products on their product pages.

Taiwan: SF Express, Postal service, self-pickup

China: SF Express, Postal service, use your carrier account

Hong Kong and Macau: SF Express, Postal service, use your carrier account

Other countries and regions: FedEx, Chunghwa Postal service, International EMS, use your carrier account

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on courier companies. We recommend you check the information on their websites before selecting the shipping method.

We can tell you the approximate delivery time according to our experience if needed.

Customs Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges due to the import of products into your country.

With the exception of shipping charges, we are not responsible for any other incurred charges.

It is not possible for us to provide you with the tax regulations for each country, so we recommend you investigate fully if there is any other charges before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay any of these additional charges, you can not receive the products you ordered.

Local Pickup

You can select to pick up your items at our company (located in Taiwan).

When your item is ready, you will receive an email to notify you that you can pick up the item at our company. Please contact us to schedule the pick-up time after you receive the email.

Is there a cooling-off period?

We do not offer cooling-off period. If you have any questions about products, please feel free to contact us.

How to do if I receive a defective product ?

Please refer to our "Return Policy", and advise us of the unboxing video and received product photos.

Why I can’t track my delivery status from post office ?

Chunghwa post office provides a tracking number when the item is delivered by them.
However, post offices of some countries, such as Australia, Bahrain, Yemen, Canada, the United States, Denmark, Romania and Russia, do not support to track for international letters.
Therefore, we can not track the delivery status after your item is exported, but it does not affect the delivery process.
We recommend you contact your local post office to update the delivery status.
