Our return policy will be implemented in accordance with Taiwanese law. If there are any amendments to these laws, we have the right to amend the terms of its returns policy.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. If you have any questions about products, please feel free to contact us (service@bestmodulescorp.com). We are glad to help with.
Return shipping fee: we will afford the return shipping fee if you receive defective product(s) or product(s) damaged in transit. If the return is not due to the above reasons, you need to pay the shipping fee.

(1) For the best service and the lowest risk of loss/damage to your return, we suggest that the return is sent via a trackable shipping method. Lost packages that are sent via non-tracked methods are not guaranteed.
(2) Returns must include all parts, pieces, invoice, and accessories included with the product(s), and be shipped with the original packaging. We suggest using a box or reinforced padded envelope to return product(s) if the original packaging is damaged.
5. After receiving the return, we will test the product’s functions.
6. If everything is fine with the product, we will refund your money within five business days.
Refund:
Orders paid via wire transfer or PayPal: we will refund your money via the same method.
Orders paid via credit card: we will refund the money to your credit card if the payment is in pending status. Otherwise, we will refund the money via wire transfer or PayPal.
