For orders that are to be shipped overseas, the person who placed the order will be seen as the one responsible for any import declarations and therefore must use a real name and must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of that country.
With the exception of shipping charges, we are not responsible for payment of taxes or any other fees associated with the purchase of products to your country.
As it is difficult for us to provide information on the tax import regulations for each country, we recommend that before placing an order you fully understand any additional taxes or fees that may be incurred.
If you do not ensure payment of these taxes or fees, then any return shipping charges or other fees incurred in returning the products will not be covered by us.
All orders placed within 30 days from the receipt of the product are covered by the warranty. You are welcome to call or email us if you have any product problems. We will try our best to assist you. We provide free maintenance services for development tool products. Damages not caused by human factors, external forces, or improper use are eligible for free maintenance services. Feel free to call or email us regarding any issues with your product, and we will do our best to assist you. If you wish to use our repair service, please read and agree to our Repair Warranty Policy (Section 6.2 of the Terms of Service).

Waiting for Payment
we have received your order, but the payment has not been completed.
If you don't complete the payment via credit card, PayPal, and AliPay within 9 minutes, the order will be canceled automatically.
The order status will turn into "Canceled".
New Order
We have received your payment but your order has not been processed.
In this status, you can cancel the order yourself on our website.
Processing
We are preparing your items, and your order will be shipped within three business days. Pre-order products need to take a longer time for preparing.
In this status, you can not cancel the order.
Shipped
We have shipped your items and sent the shipping information to your mailbox (including the tracking number).
You can track the delivery status on Express's website.
Canceled
Your order has been canceled because the payment was not successful, the order content was not correct, and many other reasons.
Other
If the status of your order is not in the above description. It means that your order is in process, and we may contact you if needed.

You can cancel orders when the order status is "NEW ORDER".
We will refund your money in the next business days. It might take several business days for the money to appear back in your account.
However, please note that the banks charge us a handling fee for each payment. Therefore, we request that you cover the handling fee if the order is canceled due to personal reasons.
If the order is canceled for reasons not related to the customer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.
If the order is canceled due to customer-related reasons, a handling fee will be charged based on the payment method.
The handling fee will be deducted from each order, and the refund will be issued. Please note that it might take several business days for the money to appear back in your account. Please refer to the handling fees below:
● Credit card payment: USD 1.00
If the order is canceled during the pending status of the payment (approximately 3 to 5 days), no handling fee will be charged.
● PayPal: A handling fee will be assessed for each order, calculated as 4.4% of the total order amount plus USD 0.3.

If you choose to receive the refund as store credit, we will refund you the amount of your order (excluding the wire transfer handling fee you paid).
