The HT68F0017 is a Flash Memory 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller, which is designed for low cost timer applications. It is suitable for accurate timing or simple control product applications, such as battery powered timers, perfume machines, electric toothbrushes, filter kettle timers, toasters, on / off LEDs, Chargers, clock alarm etc.

The HT68F0017 includes an extremely flexible Timer / Event Counter, which allows users to count external events, measure time intervals and pulse widths, and generate an accurate time base. The internal integrated high accuracy / low current low frequency 32.768kHz RC oscillator has a tolerance of less than ± 0.2% at a fixed voltage / temperature of 3V / 25℃. The device has a low standby current of 0.5μA with the Watchdog Timer enabled.
