DESCRIPTION

The HT66F3195 is an A/D Flash MCU with EEPROM. Its pins are compatible with the HT66F0195. It provides an operating voltage range of 1.8V~5.5V, high accuracy HIRC and LIRC oscillators, and accurate A/D converter reference voltage.

It is suitable for applications of household appliance products, such as washing machines, dish-washing machines, vacuum cleaners, power banks, and soybean milk machines. It also can be applied to tiny size products, such as electronic cigarettes, smart wearable devices, and lithium battery protection boards.
