The G-ICPM32040 is the programming module of Gang-Writer32-8 (Gang Writer for Holtek 32-bit MCUs). Each Gang-Writer32-8 comes with two programming module G-ICPM32040, however users can purchase extra G-ICPM32040 to expand the programming channels. Each module has the capability of programming four Holtek 32-bit MCUs in parallel.
This module can also be used as a 4-channel gang writer individually. Each channel has its own LEDs to indicate the programming status. Same as the Gang-Writer32-8, this module supports all Holtek 32-bit MCUs.
The programming module G-ICPM32040 has the following features:
- Fast programming of all Holtek 32-bit MCUs (Arm® Cortex® core)
- Program 4 devices at one time
- On-board option switch to select 2 or 4 channels programming
- Support both PC based (online) and stand-alone (offline) configurations
- ICP (In-Circuit Programming) with SWD (Serial Wire Debug) interface
- Each channel has 1 MByte of flash memory for storage of target program
- Used with Holtek e-Link32 Pro ICP Tool software
We measured the time of programming 128KB code to the HT32F52352 MCU, which is of 128KB flash memory), the programming time was about 2.8 seconds. The code file Ptest32F52352.HEX can be downloaded in the DOCUMENT section. The target board is ESK32-30501 HT32F52352 Starter Kit。
