The DEV3195 is a member of the Holtek Easy DEV board series. Development boards of this series break out all MCU pins to 0.1" spaced pin-header to make your development easier. You can use the development board with e-Link for debugging (OCDS mode) and programming (ICP mode).
A HT66V3195 is on the development board that provides OCDS function. Except for the OCDS function, other functions of the HT66V3195 are the same as HT66F3195. (More information about OCDS).
We have already pre-programmed the demo code into the MCU in the factory. The demo code is to demonstrate the LED breathing light function by using an I/O pin. You can refer to the below video for more details. We use DEV24SSOP175 as an example in the video.

Power selection
Micro USB: you can select 3.3V or 5V power via the yellow jumper.
e-Link: you can set the voltage value on the Holtek HT-IDE3000 software.
The power indicator (yellow) and LED indicator (blue) light on after power-on.
POINTS TO BE NOTED
The Micro USB interface on the product is for power supply only. If users connect the Micro USB interface to e-Link/e-LinkPro2 using the ESTD-206 cable, they will not be able to debug the product.

PIN DESCRIPTION
DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT
Debugging (OCDS mode): In this mode, you need to use the HT-IDE3000 software.
Please connect the board to e-Link, and open the software to debug code.
Programming (ICP mode): In this mode, you need to use the HOPE3000 for e-Link software.
Please connect the board to e-Link, and open the software to program MCU.
Alternatively, you can place the development board on the adapter ESKT40DIPC and program MCU by e-WriterPro and HOPE3000.
