The BS83A01C is a 1-key high noise immunity I/O type Touch Flash MCU. It includes fully integrated low and high speed oscillators which require no external components for their implementation. The ability to operate and switch dynamically between a range of operating modes using different clock sources gives users the ability to optimize microcontroller operation and minimize power consumption.

The BS83A01C is suitable for touch key product applications, such as single key switch and system wake-up applications, etc.
