Description
The BS816C-1 is a 6-key touch key IC, the package type is 16NSOP.
The BS81x is a series of 1 to 16 touch key devices that can detect human body contact using external touchpads. The devices are highly integrated so that applications can be implemented with minimal numbers of external components. Special internal circuitry is employed to ensure excellent power noise rejection to reduce the possibility of false detections, increasing the touch switch application reliability under adverse environmental conditions. The BS81x series features auto-calibration, low standby current, and excellent resistance to voltage fluctuation, etc., provides a simple and effective means of implementing touch key operation.
