DESCRIPTION

BS813C-1 is a 3-key touch key IC.

The BS81x is a series of 1 to 16 touch key devices which can detect human body contact using external touch pads. The devices are highly integrated so that applications can be implemented with minimal numbers of external components.

Special internal circuitry is employed to ensure excellent power noise rejection to reduce the possibility of false detections, increasing the touch switch application reliability under adverse environmental conditions. The BS81x series features auto-calibration, low standby current, and excellent resistance to voltage fluctuation, etc., provides a simple and effective means of implementing touch key operation.
