The BMP73T102 is a 2-channel motor driver shield that has built in two Holtek motor driver ICs, the HT7K1411. The product can drive two DC motors or one stepper motor.
The BMP73T102 supports four driver functions, forward, reverse, brake, and standby, along with four protection functions to ensure a safe operation.
Motor driver requires an external power. The product supports two power supply methods, DC Jack and motor power interface (choose one).
To prevent any damage due to the large working current of the motors, please follow the below steps when operating the power supply.
Power on/off Sequence 1. Power up the BMP73T102.
2. Supply power and power up the motor driver
3. If you don't need to use the motor driver, shut down its power first.
4. Shut down BMP73T102’s power
