The BMN31K502 is a water atomization module that provides a maximum power of 2W. Compared to our other water atomization modules, the BMN31K502 has a smaller size, and it is suitable for water atomization products that only require basic functions.
The BMN31K502 is a microporous atomization module that generates oscillations at a frequency of 108KHz using a piezoelectric ceramic ring on the piezoelectric transducer to create ripples on the water surface. And then water molecules get into the micro-holes on the metallic film of the piezoelectric transducer. Due to the small diameter of these micro-holes, tiny water droplets are expelled from the opposite side of the metallic film, forming a mist.
To configure atomizing levels and atomizing period
The BMN31K502 provides two operation modes, stand-alone and networking.
In stand-alone mode, it is easy to control the atomizing power on/off by pressing the on-board button. Besides the power on/off controlling, networking mode can configure further parameters like atomizing levels and atomizing period through UART interface.
To use with a development board
There is a BMCOM on the product to directly connect to BMduino development boards, such as BM53A367A. You can use it with other development boards, such as Arduino UNO, as well.
Please connect the piezoelectric transducer before powering on to prevent the product from any damage.
