1. Power supply : 12V DC
2. Warm-up mode
Turn the power switch to ON after power-on.
It might take 180 seconds for warm-up. The LCD displays a countdown of 180 seconds and the green LED flashes once each second in the process. It enters the normal mode after warming up.
If the board has not been calibrated, the green and red LEDs flash once each second in the warm-up process and LCD displays bdE after warming up.
3. Normal mode
The green LED is always on under this mode. LCD displays the current gas concentration when the concentration is detected to exceed 500ppm.
4. Alarm mode
It enters alarm mode when the gas concentration is detected to exceed 5000ppm.
Under this mode, the red LED flashes three times and the buzzer beeps three time then stop one second, and keeps cycling. And the LCD displays the current gas concentration (Maximum value: 9999ppm).
5. Calibration mode
Please place this board in a confined space with a gas concentration of 5000ppm. Short the BD connector pins on the board after warm-up. It might take 30 seconds for calibration.
In the process, the LCD displays bd2 and green LED flashes three times each second. It enters alarm mode if the calibration is successful. Otherwise, the green and red LEDs keep lighting on and the LCD displays dbE.
6. Test mode
Press the test button to enter test mode. The test mode is used to test the operation of LEDs, LCD, buzzer, etc. The LCD displays tESt, the red LED and the buzzer keeps flashing and beeping in the process.
7. Reference voltage adjustment mode
before power-on and the board enters this mode after warm-up.
Users can adjust the variable resistance RP1 to make the AD value between 150 to 300. Return to the normal mode after pressing the test button. If the board has not been calibrated, the LCD displays bdE after returning to the normal mode.
