DESCRIPTION

The product integrates a touch key designed to detect finger touches. When a finger touches the metal frame surrounding the fingerprint sensor, pin 1 (KeyOut) outputs a high level; otherwise, it remains low when there is no contact. It significantly reduces power consumption.
The product will enter standby mode upon receiving a command and can be awakened by a finger touch.

To register a fingerprint

Users need to enter an ID number between 0 and 1,000 when registering a fingerprint. The product will check if the ID is valid and available. If the ID is usable, users will be prompted to place their fingers on the sensing pad. If no finger is detected within 60 seconds (the default timeout) during the registration process, the registration will automatically terminate, resulting in a registration failure.
