The BA45F6730 is a Flash Memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller, which is suitable for gas detecting products, such as household or industrial CO detectors/alarms, household or industrial GAS detectors / alarms, handheld CO / GAS detectors, CO / GAS detection modules.

The device provides a range of practical functions such as a CO / GAS detection AFE, sensor fault detection circuit, 10-bit periodic timer module, multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter and a low power consumption high speed internal RC oscillator to name but a few. These features combine to offer a highly cost effective dedicated CO/GAS detection MCU.

In addition, a sensor fault detection circuit and an LDO are included in the device. A flexible UART, SPI, I²C serial interface is also integrated to allow for communication between sensor modules and master controllers or other smart home products.
